for several years, and has developed a high level of trust and cooperation,
factors that will be crucial in the implementation of the Project. It brings
together a strong range of complementary skills and capabilities, plus
some of the richest information resources in Europe - both online and in

This core team will take responsibility for managing the project, and
for providing the information content to test out and launch the system.
Once established, the intention is to broaden out the information base
by linking with other information providers, both within Europe, and beyond.
